Broyles, C. J.

Tlie evidence tending to connect the accused with the offense charged (possessing whisky), was wholly circumstantial and was not sufficient to exclude every other reasonable hypothesis save that of his guilt. Judgment reversed.

MacIntyre and Guerry, JJ., concur.
