Opinion

Per Curiam:

Kansas City Live, LLC appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, awarding Ms. Virginia Bukovac damages for personal injuries she sustained as a result of a fall she sustained due to a defect in the condition of a sidewalk. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
