Opinion
In an action, inter alia, to declare the rent guildelines promulgated by the Rent Guidelines Board of Westchester County to be invalid, plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 18, 1977, which, after a non-jury trial, declared the guidelines to be legal and valid. Judgment affirmed, with costs, upon the opinion of Mr. Justice Trainor at Trial Term. Margett, J. P., Rabin, Titone and Mollen, JJ., concur.
