Opinion

Order reversed and motion granted so far as to direct the items of costs and disbursements objected to on former adjustment by the clerk not then disallowed, and which accrued prior to the notice of the trial had, he stricken out, and further affidavits may be used on behalf of the parties upon such readjustment in respect to the time when the items in.question aid accrue.
