Opinion

Per Curiam:

*117Ms. Sara Buckler has appealed the Buchanan County Circuit Court judgment sustaining the one-year suspension of her driving privilege for refusing to submit to a chemical test after she was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
