ON RETURN TO REMAND
On remand, the trial judge set aside Bu-channon’s conviction of burglary in the first degree, adjudged him guilty of burgla[569]*569ry in the third degree, and sentenced him as a habitual offender to thirty-five years’ imprisonment. The judgment of the Lee Circuit Court is hereby affirmed.
OPINION EXTENDED;
AFFIRMED.
