(“Defendants”) state the following: 4 1. The Complaint was filed on May 27, 2022. (ECF No. 1). 5 2. Defendants were served beginning on or about June 6, 2022. 6 3. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12, Defendants have 21 days to file a response to the 7 Complaint, or until June 27, 2022. 8 4. Defendants have recently retained counsel. 9 5.
