Opinion

Per Curiam.

The order adjudges appellant guilty of a civil contempt but fails to adjudicate that his conduct impaired, impeded or prejudiced plaintiff’s rights or remedies. (Judiciary Law, § 753.) Order reversed and proceeding dismissed.
