Opinion

Appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims disallowing claim. Claimant’s intestate died as a result of injuries sustained when the automobile which she was driving on the Grand Central Parkway Extension overturned. The evidence failed to show negligence on the part of the State. Judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffernan and Schenck, JJ.
