Bruce Allen GAYNOR, Plaintiff--Appellant,
v.
David R. LAWSON, Warden; James E. Clark; Ernest Jenkins;
George Turner, Sergeant; C. Gilbert Hudson,
Defendants--Appellees.

No. 95-6495.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: June 22, 1995.
Decided: July 13, 1995.

Bruce Allen Gaynor, appellant pro se.

E.D.Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before HALL, MURNAGHAN, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.* Gaynor v. Lawson, No. CA-94-1529-AM (E.D.Va. Feb. 24, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

*

We also deny Appellant's motion for appointment of counsel
