AFTER REMANDMENT

BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

As directed by our Supreme Court in Ex parte Brownlee, 535 So.2d 218 (Ala.1988), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
