In an action for malicious abuse of process by the defendant while serving in the capacity of magistrate in the Magistrates’ Court of the City of New York, order dismissing the complaint for insufficiency affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
