Opinion

HARDY, Judge.

This is a companion suit to that of Jowers against the same defendants, 76 So.2d 99, and was consolidated with said case for purposes of trial. The facts and the law involved are identical with the Jow-ers case and for the reasons therein assigned ;

It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment appealed from in the instant case be and it is hereby affirmed at appellant’s cost.
