Upon consideration of the Motion for Remand filed by attorney for appellant it is ordered by the Court that said motion is granted and jurisdiction of this cause is hereby relinquished to the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
