Opinion
Alfred Brown, an inmate in the Florida prison system, challenges the circuit court’s denial of his motion to abate child support during his period of incarceration. We reverse the order and remand to the circuit court to reconsider his motion in light of Department of Revenue v. Jackson, 846 So.2d 486 (Fla.2003).
