Opinion

Landon, P. J.

This case presented only questions of fact. They have been properly disposed of by the referee and his opinion covers the whole ground. No errors in the rulings are alleged, which call for a reversal.

The judgment should be affirmed, with costs.

Fish and Parker, JJ., concur.
