Opinion

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED. We find no error in the trial court’s decision that the issues raised by appellant’s action had become moot. See Butler v. Lomelo, 355 So.2d 1208 (Fla. 4th DCA 1977).

ANSTEAD, GLICKSTEIN and HURLEY, JJ., concur.
