In re Agricultural Insurance Co.; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Lafayette, 15th Judicial District Court, Div. “J”, No. 88-2451; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CW91-0126.

Granted. Ruling of the trial judge is reversed. Trial judge is ordered to permit relator (Agricultural Insurance Co.) to amend its answer. The issues of judicial confession and coverage are to be determined at trial.
