Opinion

Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent. The home is owned by the parties as tenants by the entirety and the fact that the wife remained in the premises is not conclusive, at least on this application for temporary alimony; whether the defendant is liable for permanent support will depend upon the determination of the trial court after a consideration of all the evidence. Present — Callahan, J. P., Breitel, Bastow, Botein and Bergan, JJ.
