Upon Motion of Mr. Whitaker of the Complainants Council this day made to this Court for Confirming the Decree of this Court, in this Cause made the 12th of August last past, the said Decree drawn up in form was now read and none of the Defendants Council being present, It is this day Ordered that the said Decree be Confirmed and made Absolute.
