Opinion

Review under certiorari of order of Public Service Commission. The railroad was charged with violating section 54-a of the Bail-road Law for operating trains outside yard limits without a full crew, The complaint was dismissed by the Public Service Commission. Determination unanimously confirmed, with fifty dollars costs and disbursements. Present — Hill, P, J,, Bhodes, McNamee, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ.
