Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the acting State commissioner, dated October 28, 1977, and made after a statutory fair hearing, which affirmed a determination of the local agency terminating petitioner’s grant of aid to dependent children. Determination confirmed, without costs or disbursements, and proceeding dismissed on the merits. No opinion. Latharn, J. P., Rabin, Cohalan and Margett, JJ., concur.
