PER CURIAM.

Finding appellee’s concession of error to be well-taken, the second amended final judgment is quashed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this court’s prior opinion in Broemer [830]*830v. Broemer, 109 So.3d 284 (Fla. 1st DCA 2013).
