Opinion

BRICKEN, P. J.

The appeal is upon the record proper, without hill of exceptions, and the time for presenting a^bill of exceptions has expired. We have carefully examined the record for error apparent thereon. Finding none, an order is here and now made, affirming the judgment appealed from. Affirmed.
