Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Rutledge Sollicitor for the Defendant Nathaniel Broughton it is Ordered that a Commission do issue directed to Robert Swainston, James Cordes Junior, and Anthony Simmons and impowering them or any two of them to take the said Defendants Answer in this Cause. January 29th 1771.
