For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of (Jena Marie) Gaspard and (Gary Lee) Brink v. State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Transportation and Development, et al., 596 So.2d 336 (La.App. 3 Cir.1992), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiff-appellant, Glenda S. Brink.

AFFIRMED.
