SAVOY, Judge.

This is a companion case to Hersey Guil-lory, et al v. Damon Soileau and Travelers Insurance Company, rendered this date by this Court, reported at 224 So.2d 71.

For the reasons assigned in the Guillory case, supra, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. All costs of appeal are assessed against plaintiffs.

Affirmed.
