AYRES, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the Succession of Jones, deceased, 155 So.2d 454, and with which the present case was consolidated for the purpose of trial, the judgment appealed should be, and it is hereby, affirmed at defendant-appellant’s cost.

Affirmed.
