Appellants timely filed their demand for a jury trial when they served their amended answer and counterclaim including such demand. Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.190(a); Fla.R. Civ.P. 1.430. The trial court erred in denying a jury trial. The final judgment is REVERSED and the case is REMANDED for a jury trial.
