Order appointing a referee to take testimony and report on certain issues, and directing that the other relief sought by the intervening defendants be held in abeyance pending the report of the referee, and that pending such report no further contracts be entered into by the receiver without the consent of the court, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
