PER CURIAM

Writ granted in part, denied in part. The summary judgment in favor of CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital is affirmed. The summary judgment in favor of Ronald M. Lewis, M.D., is reversed. Contested issues of material fact preclude summary judgment. The matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
