Opinion

WRIT GRANTED.

The trial court’s judgment rendered on November 20, 1986 finding the selection of uninsured motorists limits of the policy of insurance issued by Insured Lloyds Insurance Company in favor of D & B Trailer Rentals, is not in conformance with the Code of Civil Procedure Articles 966 and [1189]*11891915(A)(3) or (5). Strauss v. Rivers, 501 So.2d 876 (La.App. 5th Cir.1987). IT IS NOW ORDERED that the judgment be vacated and set aside, and the case be remanded for further proceedings.
