YELVERTON, Judge.

For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Cromwell v. Commerce & Energy Bank, 528 So.2d 759 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1988), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are to be paid by plaintiffs-appellants.

AFFIRMED.
