ÉER CURIAM.

The briefs and the record on appeal having been read and given full consideration, and the appellant having failed to demonstrate reversible error, the order of the Circuit Court is affirmed. See Tilgh-man v. Culver, 99 So.2d 282 (Fla.1957) and Michell v. State ex rel. Callahan, 154 So.2d 701 (Fla.App.1963).
