Opinion

Upon reassuming the Debate on the Matters of the Exceptions taken to the Defendants Answer and Hearing Councel on both Sides fully to the Same The Court doth Overrule the Plaintiffs first and third Exceptions and Doth allow the Second and fourth Exceptions to be good, And doth therefore Order That the Defendants do amend their Said Answer And Also do Answer further to the Plaintiff’s Bill according to the Tenor of the Said Exceptions allowed.
