In re Abbeville General Hospital;—Defendants); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; Office of Workers’ Compensation, Dist. 4, No. 94-06192; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CA97-1062.

Granted in part and denied in part. Judgment of the court of appeal in so far as it awards penalties and attorneys fees is reversed and set aside. Otherwise writ is denied.
