ORDER
Upon consideration of David A. Bran-ham’s unopposed motion to voluntarily dismiss his appeal of the decision in Branham [309]*309v. Pnncipi, 01-1871 (Vet.App. Oct. 14, 2004),
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The motion is granted.
(2) Each side shall bear its own costs.
Branham asks for the return of his filing fee. However, the fee is nonrefundable.
