PER CURIAM.

The issues raised in the instant habeas corpus petition are before this court in petitioner’s appeal from an order denying his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800 motion in case number 1D06-5528. The appeal provides petitioner with an adequate legal remedy. The habeas corpus petition is accordingly denied as procedurally barred. Petitioner’s motion to consoli[672]*672date or for leave to amend the petition is denied.
