Mr. Hume, (Of Council for the Defendant) Moved for Six Months time for the Defendant to put in his Answer, which being Opposed by Mr. Attorney General of Council for the Complainant, On heareing both partyes, Ordered That the said Defendant Doe Answer in Two Months Or an Attachment to Issue upon Application to the Master of this Court.
