Opinion
This is a companion case to Brown v. Collins, et al., La.App., 223 So.2d 453 in which a separate judgment has been rendered by us this date. For the reasons expressed in our decision in that case, the judgment appealed herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiff appellant.
Affirmed.
