Opinion
IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA
JULIUS BRADFORD, No. 80231 Appellant, vs. THE STATE OF NEVADA, FILED Respondent. JAN 2 3 2020 EUT cLEROFt;M CO BY DEF,U rt CLERK ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying: a motion for return of restitution, a motion for interlocutory decree, a motion for clarification on questions of law, a motion for entry of declaratory judgment, and a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Douglas W. Herndon, Judge. Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from a district court order denying the above-listed motions, we lack jurisdiction. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, we ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
