On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

COBB, Judge.

On the authority of Ex parte Bozeman, 781 So.2d 165 (Ala.2000), we reverse the judgment of the circuit court and remand this cause to the Covington County Circuit Court for proceedings consistent with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
