In an action by plaintiff-wife for damages for personal injuries sus-

tained when she tripped on a defective rubber covering on the stairway of premises owned by defendant, and by her husband for loss of services and expenses, judgment for plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.
