In a proceeding to review a determination of the New York State Liquor Authority granting an application for permission to remove a retail liquor package store from one location to another, the appeal is from an order denying the application and dismissing the petition. Order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Pette, JJ. [20 Misc 2d 115.]
