Opinion

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, Fordham Hoisting Equipment Co., Inc., appeals from an order denying its motion to dismiss the complaint and the cross complaints of its codefendant, or, in the alternative, to direct that the appellant be dropped as an improper party to the action. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
