Opinion

Per Curiam.

The decree of the court below, sustaining the demurrer and dismissing the bill of the complainants, is sufficiently vindicated by the opinion of the learned president of the court. We adopt his views, and for the reasons given by him affirm the decree.

Decree affirmed.
