This court has inspected the record in this cause and concludes that there is no error in the judgments below arising out of the complaints that have been raised in this interlocutory appeal. Therefore, in accordance with this court’s opinion, we affirm the summary judgments rendered by the trial court on September 20, 2021 and October 18, 2022 insofar as they concern the issues that are the subject of this interlocutory appeal.
