Opinion
Order affirmed, with costs. The time within which defendant may stipulate that judgment may be entered for the sum of forty-nine dollars damages is hereby extended to November 26, 1932. All concur, except Taylor, J., who dissents and votes for reversal and reinstatement of the verdict.
