— Order of the County Court of Dutchess county denying defendant’s motion to vacate the attachment of defendant’s property, in so far as an appeal is taken therefrom, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
