PER CURIAM.

We affirm the denial of Mr. Bogan’s motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 without prejudice to any right Mr. Bogan might have to file a petition pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c).
